I never write a review about any business, brand or product. But overloading with many good experiences with BW I decided to write a review here to make it easy for people/customers who are looking for a professional fabricator. I was planing to remodel my bathroom and change my kitchen’s counter tops, and I was looking few other granite stores/options, but I couldn’t find the granite of my choice (if I found one, I couldn't find the other ones that match together) I was actually trying to combine two colors/patterns. So, I found out about BW granite through its website and read all the reviews which were amazing, and made me decide to go to their store. So, upon entering into the store I was warmly welcomed by the staff, as if they known me already as an old loyal customer, I was impressed by how friendly they were, however it was my first time at BW granite. Second, they listened to my expectations carefully, and then Grace in the showroom explained about the different types of stones and their features which made it easy for me to decide upon choosing the right quality stone. And finally the prices were reasonable that I purposely didn’t negotiate about as I was really impressed by everything at BW (the friendly staff, the good quality stones, multiple options, good price, and overall professionalism). So far, I just took the first steps in picking the stones of my choice, and I’m in the process of signing the contract with them, as I want them and their professional team to do the remodeling as well. After researching different granites for a while for my kitchen. I decided to go with BW granite design.
